Windmill Pitching Clinics

We're pleased to announce that we'll be offering Windmill Pitching Clinics to young girls from ages 7 - 10. These clinics are for those who want to learn the proper fundamentals and mechanics for windmill pitching.

The clinics will run on Consecutive Saturday Mornings - December 8, 15, 22 from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm. Each class will last 1.5 hours.

Jackie Russo, Pitching Coach at Nanuet High School will run the program. The class size is limited to only 8 girls. You do not have to be a pitcher already to attend. It's for those who want to learn how to pitch and to get a solid foundation. The clinics will be held in a fun, non-competitive environment and each player will progress at their own pace.

Jackie Russo is a Certified Public School Teacher working in NYC. She's is a former standout pitcher from Nanuet HS. Jackie has been one of the Directors of the Spartans Summer Softball Camp for the past 8 years!

We have received a lot of request to offer more softball instruction during the off season and we're pleased to be able to offer this program. Classes are held at the Spartans Sports Academy, 19 William St., Closter, NJ. It's a private facility with 3 indoor tunnels, professional turf, and various pitching mounds and pitching machines.

During our clinics, the facility is closed so nobody else will be there other than our coaches and campers!
