Tuition / Refund Policy Camps / Clinics Refund Policy: No cash refunds will be given for any reason including deposits. Deposits and tuition are not transferable to other camps or clinics. Our camps have a limited enrollment and usually sell out. We hire our coaches and staff based on the number of campers who sign up. You are expected to attend the clinic or camp you sign up for. Private Lessons: 24 hours notice of cancellation must be given if you miss a lesson. We sell out all of our available time slots each year and if you don't give us 24 hours notice, we don't have enough time to fill that slot. If you arrive late for a lesson, we don't have the ability to extend the lesson past it's usual end time. With the amount of lesson requests we have, it's simply not possible or fair to make the lessons scheduled after you to have to wait. Lessons are schedule in blocks of 3 and must be paid for in advance. Travel Teams: The tryout fee of $20 is non-refundable whether or not you are picked for a team. The $20 is not credited to your tuition if you are chosen for a team. The fee is to pay for the coaches and to also stop people from attending a workout who have no interest in joining one of our teams. If you make a team, the tuition of $480 is due prior to your team's first workout. Tuition is non-refundable for any reason including injury, illness or vacation. We want to schedule 8 games, possibly more depending on the weather. Due to the fact that March / April weather is unpredictable, we cannot guarantee to the amount of games that will be played.
