This clinic is for those who only want to work on windmill pitching. Full day campers will receive pitching instruction as part of their daily schedule. Windmill pitching will be taught at the Holy Family and Nanuet locations. If you child just wants to do pitching then the windmill clinic is for you. If your child wants to work on other skills in addition to pitching then the full day camp is for better suited for them.

We're pleased to announce that we'll again be holding a Specialty Windmill Pitching Camp in conjunction with our Summer Softball Camp. For those girls who just want to work on pitching during the summer, we're pleased to be able to offer you a 1/2 Day Pitching Camp! The pitching camp will run from June 30 - July 4 and July 7 - July 11, 2008 (we will have camp July 4th). The hours are 12 - 3 PM Monday - Friday. This camp is just for those pitchers who want to only do pitching instruction. Please note that those that attend the full day camp from 9 - 3 will also do pitching instruction during camp as well. The full day camp and 1/2 day pitching camp run in conjunction with each other. Those attending the full day camp will cover all skills from hitting to defensive work etc as well as windmill pitching. We recommend those who play other positions besides pitcher to attend the full day camp. If pitching is only what you're interested in, the we suggest the 1/2 day pitching clinic.

Jackie Russo is a former standout pitcher at Nanuet HS. She is currently coaching high school softball and does private pitching instruction throughout the year. She is a public school teacher in NYC.

Robin Payne is a Nationally recognized pitching coach. She's a former NCAA National Champion pitcher from Trenton State University. She is a former college coach and speaks at softball clinics throughout the country! She is a member of the Trenton State Hall of Fame. Robin conducts pitching clinics year round in addition to providing private pitching instruction.

Christine Sciarra is a former Pitcher, Captain and Most Outstanding Athlete Award winner at Rutgers Newark University. Christine is a private pitching instructor who will bring excitement and enthusiasm to camp who works at Assumption School in Emerson NJ.

Shannon Massey is one of the most sought after pitching coaches in NY & NJ.

Lonnie Smith was the former Head Coach of Hawthorne Christian Academy, Hawthorne, NJ. Lonnie has been coaching various levels of softball for the past 20 years and is an accomplished windmill pitching instructor. Lonnie is a teacher at Hawthorne Christian Academy.

Each player will be instructed in windmill pitching mechanics. Various techniques will be covered so that each camper can find which style works best for them.

Practice on various pitches, risers, sinkers changeups ets...

Fielding your position
Evaluating batters and pitching appropriately to each
Conditioning / Strength Training

If a full day of softball camp isn't what you're looking for and all you want to do is practice or learn windmill pitching, then this camp is for you! You'll be taught by the best pitching coaches in the area. Each one is well respected and we guarantee that you'll make improvements.
